We welcome all the photographers in our community, both professional and enthusiasts, to take pictures of our community and greater Cochrane to post on our website. We will be continually changing the photograph as we receive your masterpieces.

We encourage everyone to venture outdoors and take advantage our Cochrane’s beautiful scenery. In Riversong alone there are over 4km of paved paths that allow you to wonder along the river and around our lush 100 acre natural preserve.
If you crave more action take a walk down the river and cross the pedestrian bridge and head over to the Spray Lakes Sawmill Family Sports Centre. Here you can find a variety of activities, sports and classes for all ages.

Our Community
Our Community
Tamani Communities, the developer of Riviera, started this project in 2013. Based in Calgary, Tamani advertises themselves as “one of the premier developers of master-planned residential communities in Alberta”. Their practice is one where they focus on architectural control standards and meeting the needs of today’s lifestyle that encompasses parks and natural areas for walking/cycling. Once the site was established, Jayman BUILT took over and proceeded to build 10 buildings that contained 41 homes (units) and titled RiverReach Condominium Corporation. There are three distinct styles of buildings in our community of villas (bungalow) and manors (two story): Shingle Style, Arts & Crafts, and Rocky Mountain Style. In the industry Jayman BUILT is generally known as one of the largest builders that boast a thirty-year history of setting standards for excellence in each home they build. Many of the homeowners in our community were able to choose from intelligently-designed bungalows and two-story plans, and then personalize their home with details that appeal to their lifestyle and taste. The first homeowners moved into the RiverReach Community in February 2014 and the last home was sold in the summer of 2017.
